Day 1
Arrival in Ushuaia

Once you land at Ushuaia airport, a representative will welcome you and escort you to your centrally located hotel.
The remainder of the day is yours to enjoy at leisure.
Day 2
Tierra del Fuego National Park - Trekking and Canoeing
Start your day with breakfast before embarking on an early morning journey to Tierra del Fuego National Park, situated about 10 kilometers from Ushuaia. Upon entering the park, you’ll set off on the Coastal Path, a three-hour guided trek where you’ll learn about the local flora and fauna.
By midday, we’ll reach the Lapataia River and savor a hearty lunch in a scenic, secluded spot, away from typical tourist areas, within a cozy, heated shelter.
Post-lunch, we’ll proceed to Acigami Lake for a briefing and preparation session before boarding the canoes. Navigate through the Lapataia River, the Cormoranes Archipelago, and Laguna Verde, exploring areas of the park usually inaccessible and gaining a distinct perspective on life in this region. Our guides will share stories that come alive as you experience them in the very locations where they originated.
We aim to reach Lapataia Bay by around 3 p.m., with plans to return to Ushuaia by approximately 4:30 p.m.
Day 3
Penguin Habitat and Gable Island
Following breakfast, you’ll be collected from your hotel for a trip to the Lasiphashaj River. Here, you’ll receive equipment and a brief technical orientation before embarking on a canoe adventure along the river that flows into the Beagle Channel, offering a serene yet thrilling experience of nature and history.
Next, we’ll transfer to the historic Harberton ranch house. From there, a motorboat will take us to the private nature reserves of the Harberton ranch, exploring Martillo and Gable Islands in eastern Tierra del Fuego. Observing penguins in the Beagle Channel is done respectfully from the coast to avoid disturbing them.
Moving forward, we’ll arrive at the highlight of the trip: the untouched natural reserve on Gable Island. With our expert guides, history feels present and alive.
Upon completing this segment of the excursion, enjoy a lunch followed by a stroll around Gable Island. On the island’s southern coast, you’ll witness a stunning panoramic view of the Beagle Channel from a high vantage point known as the "gables," named by Anglican settlers after the glacial formations.
We plan to head back to Ushuaia by 5:00 p.m.
Day 4
Farewell to Ushuaia

After breakfast, you’ll check out from your hotel. Spend your remaining time at leisure until your transfer arrives to take you to Ushuaia airport.
